Sweetened Condensed Milk

Sweetened condensed milk is made by the addition of sugar to whole milk and the removal of water from the milk to about one-half of its original volume. The product is canned or packaged in other containers without sterilization, with the sugar acting as a preservative. International standards prescribe: •minimum milk fat content of 8%; •minimum milk solids content of 28%.

Processed Cheese

Processed cheese is a mixture of partially ripened and fully ripened cheeses, plus a number of sodium-containing chemicals, colours and flavours for aroma, taste and texture. Processed cheese foods can be moist and tasty, thanks to their chemical mixtures. Since they melt easily when cooked and are relatively inexpensive compared to natural cheeses, they are popular to eat out-of-hand, in cooked dishes and as dips.

Flavoured Milk

Flavoured milk which are made from cow’ s milk, or cow’ s milk powder and is passed through various processes, mixed with flavouring agents or taste flavouring agents, and other substances which are not hazardous to health may also be added.

Mango Pulp

Mango pulp is defined as the processed flesh of mangoes that can be used as a sweetener and flavouring agent in various food products, including yogurt, ice cream, and beverages, while also contributing to clean label trends by reducing the need for added sugars and artificial additives.
